Running Man Press is an independent print newspaper based in Montreal, focused on music, art and journalism. Vol. 1 No. 1 was printed on October 15, 2024 and featured an interview with the legendary Ralph Steadman.

Since then, we have continued to print a quarterly paper that is now delivered to both Montreal and Toronto (10,000 copies). We have interviewed some of our favorite artists including Brooks Nielsen, Ty Segall and the creators of Nirvanna the Band the Show (Matt and Jay).

We plan to dig deeper into music/art journalism and to avoid the fluff, the fat, the chaff that surrounds the pearl. We are not aiming for listicles, sponsored content or fancy poetics. We aim to write straight and true–with some wildly grotesque exceptions.
